Vacation Central Will Be Unavailable 5/1

As part of our ongoing effort to improve the way we do business, we're upgrading our Vacation Central reservations system. It will make it easier to work with us by allowing for better performance through faster processing, better encryption and improving the database recovery. (That means the system will be better, faster and stronger on your end and ours.)

Please note that Vacation Central, Travel Network and BookMyTravel systems will be unavailable during FRIDAY workday:

Friday May 1st at 7:30 AM EST until 1:00 PM EST
(It is necessary to upgrade during business hours to do live testing)

Please make reservations via supplier phone lines on Friday during normal business hours. The Travel Network/Vacation Central team will be available to assist in answering general questions, but will not be able to make or change reservations or accept payments.
