Carnival Air Program Policy Change

Starting October 15 for all new bookings, all of the Carnival Corporation cruise brands will no longer be paying commission on the air portion of cruise bookings. These cruise brands include:

Carnival Cruise Lines
Costa Cruises
Cunard Line
Holland America Line
Princess Cruises
The Yachts of Seabourn

Jack Anderson, Executive Director of World’s Leading Cruise Lines, said over the last several years there has been a decline in the corporation’s air programs’ usage. He attributes this decrease to the corporation’s air programs becoming less competitive due to a combination of increases in airline prices to cruise lines and Carnival’s “unique payment of air commissions.”

Despite this policy change, agents will still able to book air through the Carnival cruise brands.

To book a cruise, click on the “Cruises” or “Group Cruises” tabs at the top of the homepage.
