Carnival Cruise Lines Launches E-Docs Program

Say goodbye to paper. Carnival Cruise Lines has officially launched its new e-docs program. This secure, easy to navigate new feature is located on VacationCentral.net under the Confirmation/Edocs link and is available 24/7 to your clients after they make their final payment. All that is needed to log in is the booking number, your client’s last name, the ship, and the sail date.

Once your clients log into this real time program, they can find out about shore excursions, ground transfers, embarkation info, and day by day itineraries. If they have a FlyAWeigh air/sea package, they can even check their air schedules at the new e-docs program within 75 days of their cruise departure dates.

And just like with other online documents, your clients can print out such items as luggage tags and boarding passes right from the e-docs program! Plus, they have the option of having a hard copy paper document mailed to you, the travel agent, or to themselves roughly 30 days before they cast off.
