NCL Sailings Have Been Cancelled

The Norwegian Dawn’s May 26, 2007 and June 2, 2007 sailings from New York have been cancelled. Norwegian Cruise Line stated that during routine inspections they discovered localized wear in the thrust bearing for the ship and have cancelled the cruises in order to make the necessary repairs.

Norwegian Cruise Line has publicly apologized for the cancellations and is offering a 25% future cruise credit to any guests currently booked on the May 26 or June 2 cruise. This credit can be used on any Norwegian Cruise Line ship up to June of 2008. Guests will also be receiving a full refund of their reservations.

Although reservations for these two cruises will be automatically cancelled, guests wishing to rebook can do so at www.ncl.com/NorwegianDawnRebookOffer or by calling (866) 234-5613. Groups should call 800-456-3054 Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST to reach a Group Coordinator for more information.
