Wine and Dine Your Clients

Do your clients aspire to be the next Emeril? Is cooking for them an art rather than a necessity? Give them what they're craving with Celebrity Cruises' fourth annual Savor the Caribbean culinary cruises. On select sailings running from January through March, guests of the ship, the Millennium, will have the opportunity to attend hands-on cooking classes taught by renowned chefs and take part in special shore excursion, including to St. Thomas, San Juan, and Nassau. Chefs include Allen Susser who created the America/Asia influenced "Palm Tree Cuisine" style of cooking as well as successful restaurant owners. Locations for these unique cruises also include Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Charlotte Amalie, and Ft. Lauderdale.

Meanwhile, the Sandals and Beaches Resorts are offering guests five limited edition wines, exclusively created for them by Beringer Vineyards of Napa Valley. The selection consists of a Chardonnay, a Cabernet Sauvignon, a Merlot, a White Zinfandel and a Pinot Grigio--all of which can only be ordered at one of the 12 Sandals or Beaches vacation getaways. And for guests who may be unfamiliar with some of the more exotic dishes at one of the resorts' 50+ themed restaurants, a wait staff with Beringer's Platinum Wine Certification training will assist with the wine selection.
