Supplier Fax Confirmations Retrieval Tool

You will now be able to retrieve your own fax confirmations from suppliers by logging into the agent only site. We will load current faxes going forward but not past dated faxes.

After you make a booking with a vendor, we will receive a fax confirmation from the supplier that we will then upload into a PDF to our database servers. The agent will then be able to perform a search function and retrieve their own confirmations based on the Booking Confirmation Number or by the Client's Last Name along with vendor name.

Once you retrieve the confirmation you will be able to download, save and print your client's confirmations. It will be live on our servers for 60 days from the actual date of upload.

We will also post alerts, such as Final Payment Due, Cancellations, Waitlist, and Other types of alerts on the system. In this case the search function will be more generic in order to make sure you see these important faxes.

We will post E-Docs for RCCL and Celebrity on this page as we no longer are receiving paper docs.
